Our Mission:

The mission of the WOIS is to serve the non formal education of young people through law and promise, contributing to the integral formation of the individual, promoting peace and achieving a scouting without frontiers based on traditional scouting devised by our Founder BP.

Our Vision:

The vision of WOIS is to increase the number of Member Associations by encouraging mutual cooperation and a system of government based on democracy to create leaders who empower their communities, regions and national and international territories.
