World Internet Rally
The member organizations of WOIS support scouts in Internet activities to create social networking groups, with the purpose of exchanging views among themselves and with other scouts on Earth.
WOIS members meet on the Internet (ROTI) once a year. The goal of the ROTI is for scouts to communicate through Internet technologies, including videoconferencing, and to feel part of a large family of scouts making games and activities through this electronic medium.
